Outdoor Lounge
Nestled among the vines, Sasah is Halldora's outdoor lounge and restaurant.
Open Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 - 21:00, Sasah serves sharing menus inspired by the culinary traditions of Bjäre and the Middle East, complemented by a carefully curated selection of wines, cocktails and other beverages.
All seating is outdoors, either beneath our stretch tents or in the open air. Open fireplaces and infrared heaters create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the season.
To keep the experience relaxed and spontaneous, Sasah operates on a walk-in basis and does not take table reservations. With generous seating, guests are welcome to drop by whenever the mood strikes.
Families, children and dogs are always welcome.
Knuts Gelato
Located alongside Sasah, Knuts Gelato is Halldora's gelato and coffee bar.
Here, guests can enjoy artisan gelato, coffee, Swedish fika, sandwiches and lighter snacks throughout the day. Whether you're looking for a chai latte, an afternoon treat or something refreshing on a warm summer day.
Together, Sasah and Knuts create a vibrant gathering place where guests can enjoy everything from a full dining experience to a simple coffee, gelato or snack while taking in the vineyard surroundings.
